Every initiative has an about, a set of objectives, and a strategic outline that uses Rodin Neuron performances to rally Angelenos and bring decision-makers into the room.

Orbital Infrastructure Act

Federal-track legislation to fund and regulate near-space infrastructure: launch corridors, life-support systems, satellite resilience, and a Mars-bound supply chain. Developed with Virgin Galactic, the Optical Fibers Communications Conference, and U.S. Space Force dialogue.

A spaceport anchored at the Port of Los Angeles, developed in partnership with Virgin Galactic, Virgin Music Group, the Harbor Commission, and the LA City Council.

H+ Civil Rights

If Los Angeles was first to cover gender-reassignment medication, it can be first to stand up for the rights of transhuman communities. Open the market for new procedures and treatments by applying coordinated pressure on medical providers.

  • Extend the Matthew Shepard & James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act (2009) to cover transhuman-identifying individuals

Common Living Fund & Committee

A citizen-facing committee where Angelenos make presentations on what they need funding for. The committee evaluates requests for reasonableness and approves viable proposals. When a request needs refinement, the committee connects the petitioner to SBA resources and business development counselors to shape a more feasible and fundable plan.
